Hi,

I'm sorry if I am not in the proper forum ... I just purchased a Garmin Fenix 3 Sapphire from Costco a few days ago and got it last night. I conifigured the watch then installed Garmin Connect on my phone and updated the watch to the latest software using Garmin Express on my computer. I wanted to test out a few watch faces, this one as an example (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/df48bad9-e238-4356-9bdd-d8ff5efe6c80) and every single app I try to download I get the following message: This app requires an update of your fenix 3. Please use Garmin Express to update your fenix 3.

Is there something wrong with the Connect IQ site or am I doing something wrong with the watch? I have gone in and checked updates a few times on the Garmin Express and it shows I am up to date. I have shut down and restarted the watch and tried again to see if that made a difference but no dice.

Appreciate any help.
