[BUG]: Time Format and Units are not persisted

On the Garmin Connect site, on the configuration page for Edge 25, under Device Settings tab, when changing the "Time Format" and "Units", when pressing save and refreshing the page, the settings are not persisted. On a next save, the default settings are again sent to the Edge 25 device.

Impact - HIGH - non imperial users constantly have to reset the settings to metric.

We appreciate the discussion in this, and other threads regarding this issue. We have escalated the issue of Garmin Connect overwriting device settings, or not saving user settings to the Connect team for further investigation. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused while a resolution is being worked on.
