Runtastic > Garmin Connect gpx data migration hasn't included calories

Hello.

I recently bought my first Garmin product - the Edge 25 in the Amazon Prime sale last week and have migrated all my previous activity data from Runtastic to Garmin Connect. However after uploading the GPX files it appears the calorie details have all been lost, as shown in the image links below:

Would anyone know how to correct this?

.gpx file that exported from Runtastic doesn't contain information about callories

Hello.

.gpx file that exported from Runtastic doesn't contain information about callories, but .tcx does.
Unfortunatly I've issue with import .tcx files to garmin connect.

Thanks for the info. I too have issue uploading tcx files to Garmin Connect. It just won't accept them. Why is this?
