Segment tab not appearing

When I open a cycling activity in Garmin Connect I cannot see the Segment Tab. I can see three tabs below the data graphs - Stats; Splits; Time in Zones. Try as I might the segments options is not appearing.

Any ideas anyone please.

    Have you checked that your Privacy settings are correct? ("who can see a new activity" must be set to "everyone")

    Otherwise, you may be experiencing one of "segments" random glitches which often appear for a bit and then disappear!
