Connect not working

Hello,

I've been using the garmin connect website for the last few days without any problem. Late yesterday and today I can get to the website and login, but am greeted with a blank screen?

    Same Problem Here

    I too am having the same issue with GC: log in but get a non-responsive blue screen without any of the Activity, Connection, Gear, Calendar, etc boxes. I know my activity uploads because I have viewed it in my Strava account which is linked to GC. I use an Edge 500 and I have the same non-responsive screen on all 3 of my computers: desktop and tablet running Windows 8 and a laptop running Windows 7. I sent an email to Garmin Support yesterday; no response yet. Hopefully they can resolve this. Changing "Compatibility View" settings does nothing either.

    I get the empty screen with MS Edge 25.01586.0.0 or Explorer 11.420.10586.0 or Chrome Version 51.0.2704.106 m (64-bit) under Win10, Chrome same version under Ubuntu 16.04, as well as Chrome same version under Android 5.1.1 on a tablet. Hmmm, well maybe it could be that version of Chrome except for the Edge and IE same-problem. Connect app on Android is not affected.

    So, I would say definitely a problem at or beyond the server for the Connect site.

    We appreciate the discussion in this forum, and we have received reports that some users are not able to access Garmin Connect correctly. The Garmin Connect team is investigating why some users are affected and others are not.

    We will update this thread with any new information or resolution.

    I am seeing the same issue reported by others. Blank blue screen after I login. I am running Mac OS X 10.11.5, Chrome Version 51.0.2704.103 (64-bit).

    Worked Just Now

    Update: Not sure if the GC Team has done anything to correct the issue or if this is some random thing/issue but I just tried to log into my GC account and the main page loaded completely and correctly and seems to work on all tabs/boxes. So, normal operation at this time. I'll log out and try again later to see if it is still working correctly and normally.

    Did not make any changes on my computer
    assume Garmin corrected problem many people having

    There were some back-end fixes that were put into place on Garmin Connect recently. Please report back in this thread if you are still not able to view the full Garmin Connect Dashboard correctly.

    I have the same issue. If I attempt to log in to the connect web site with my username and password, I am sent to a blank screen that looks just like the original poster's. If I launch the Garmin Connect app (macOS), and click the Garmin Connect button from within the app, a browser is launched and the correct dashboard screen is displayed. Seems to be a back end account issue. The Garmin Connect app is actually logging in with a token of some sort. I'v even changed my password on the web site, yet the app is still able to log in via a button click. Very strange and frustrating.
  • Blank Blue screen

    Can log in bit get a blank blue screen when I expect to see my dashboard. Was fine on Wednesday. Same problem as others above are describing.
    Just uploaded a run went to log in and was presented with the "password policy updated please change yours"... tried skip but got the blank blue screen so updated the password, now logging in OK (at least it says "signed in" on the only bit of the screen that has any text on it) but then going to dashboard changes that to "sign in" on the top menu options.

    Nothing has updated at my end. Win 10 on a 5 month old computer... please dont say its my end!

    Same issue and mobile errors out too

    Like the title says, tried 2 computers, chrome and firefox, and also android mobile app. Computers get the blank blue screen after login and the app gives me a sync error and if I try to drill into my activity (which did sync even though it had the error) it just says an error has occured after 10 seconds or so.
