Sync issues caused loss of activity data

I had issues with getting the Vivofit Sync to my iPhone yesterday (7/14). I tried multiple times between 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM with no luck. Once the date changes, the activity gets reset. Is there a way to get the data updated or re-loaded.

    Same issue with 920XT & Android

    I had the same issue yesterday with my 920Xt and Connect running on Android.

    3/4 of my days activities simply disappeared.

    Though this is not life threatening, it is an annoyance when participating in the various challenges, Garmin and others.

    Sunc issues caused loss of activity data

    I had the same issue today, July 16th. It was working well until mid day and I notice my steps went from 6100 to 390. When I logged into Garmin Connect it showed no activity from 7am to 3pm but it doesn't show I was inactive...there's just not data there.

    I've all but given up with Garmin now.
    I busted my rump yesterday on my treadmill, and because my VivoActive obviously cannot know that I have the road-deck inclined to its maximum, I have to edit the exercise manually.
    That's OK, but when you do edit the Calorie count, Connect never usually registers the change. BUT, just to keep me on my toes, occasionally it does.
    (The same goes for my bike, as that cannot tell the watch the load setting.)
    I have now disconnected my Garmin account from MyFitnessPal and am using their apps to log my exercises instead.

    As soon as Garmin fix one bug on their cloud 'service', they break something else. I've never known a company to be so useless when it comes to testing their software before release! [[CORRECTION: I have - Netgear with their router firmware continual foot-shooting exploits...]]
    I've pre-ordered a Suunto Spartan.

    I cannot put into words how truly disappointed I am with this continuous stream of stupid bugs and the air of indifference that seems to emanate from Technical Support.

    Unable to sync Vivofit 3 to Galaxy 6 since 7/15/16
