The daily summary shows a bar chart for intensity minutes.
It does not however show how many intensity minutes each of the bars represent.
It would be useful to see the actual numbers. This is a particular issue for me at the moment because the f3 isn't giving the same values, but it would be generally useful anyway to track weekly training, particularly if I need to make sure I am achieving hard and recovery weeks as instructed by my coach.
Therefore some suggestions for improvements:
- show the figure when you hover over with the mouse
- show a scale on the left like in the GCM app
- Split each bar by moderate and vigorous intensity
- Split each bar by intensity and by the corresponding activity
- Provide a link from that portion of the bar to the corresponding activity
- When you click on the question mark, provide not only the totals, but also the daily breakdown by activity
