'Active' Calories not syncing correctly in app

Hello,

I have a vivofit 2 with the garmin HRM chest strap. I have the app synced with MyFitnesspal as well. I usually use the HRM to monitor my workout until I hit the 800 calorie mark, so that I get a consistent workout from day to day. Today's workout (and workouts over the past few days) have been telling me incorrect 'Active' calories in the Garmin Connect app. However, it syncs over to MyFitnessPal correctly. I know the active calories are off because I start a workout/activity on the band and go to 800 calories. As an example, this is yesterdays information:

I did an activity (Gym workout) where I burned 806 calories. This reflects what the band was telling me in real time. I'm currently reading this information from the Garmin connect app. However, when I navigate to the "Calorie Details" page I get these numbers:

Resting: 2114 calories
Total: 2834 calories
Active: 720 calories

This can't be right. It's saying I burned more in that workout than I did all day. It's like the Calorie Details page is not receiving the correct information. Also the Calories In/Out page also displays this incorrect 720 number. Has anyone seen this? Any possible fixes? I've had this band for maybe 9 months or something and everything has worked great until recently. This seems to be a problem every day. The active calories are always under what they should be.

Any help is very much appreciated!

Josh
