First off, I fixed the Quick Edit button fail by clearing the cache in Firefox. I then called Garmin tech support and asked him how to compare activities and he walked me through the process of clicking an activity, clicking the "gear" icon and clicking compare. Then select the other activity to compare. I had already tried this and it didn't work. He tried it and it didn't work for him either. He said he would make a report to the web developers so they could look into it. I also mentioned that there were comments on the forum about the "Compare" feature under the Activities button had disappeared. He said he would mention that in his report to them. He said to keep trying later and that he would also let me know via email when it was fixed.
Eliminate Compare activity is really stupid. Any day some genious at Garmin decides to change something without thinking what is doing.
I am looking for alternatives .
BTW the workaround proposed how could work with multiple activities obtained filtering hudreds of workouts?

I tend to only use Garmin Connect and Smashrun, sometimes RunningAHEAD. Is anyone using another program to compare their runs. I hate not having this feature anymore, used it the most since I have gotten back into running again!.
Garmin how can I "Beat Yesterday" if I cannot compare activities? Which to me is the main feature I use on Garmin Connect. Please return this feature to us Mr. Garmin.
What is the point of Garmin Running Watches & Garmin Connect existing, if not to compare your progress with 'compare activities'?
Why on earth would any sane person remove this option?
