change "open with" program.

Somehow my computer has open with internet explorer on all my fit files. consequently, garmin connect doesn't like the files I try to upload. Which program do I need to change it to (in Properties) to be able to load courses to garmin connect?
Anyone please help.

If you have Express installed, right click the fit file, choose "Open with" and choose Express.

If you don't want to use Express, go to web connect, show the list of activities on the full page by clicking the title of an activities widget. On the right side just above the column titles, there's an import link.
