Replacement of my Garmin Edge 520

hi, if i need to replace my Garmin Edge 520, can I sync the setting and the courses from Garmin connect to the new unit ?

setting like heart rate zone they are sync from garmin connect. courses have to be download from garmin connect. in other words any things on garmin connect can be sync back to the device.
