Download point for "Training Center"?

I prefer Training Center to Connect.

I may be in the minority opinion on that, but thats my opinion.

Is it still available? Can somebody send a pointer to a download point?

just do a google search and there will show up a lot of places to download from
just remember that is has not been supported for several years now. so no help anywhere
