Vivovit 2 Won't Sync to Computer

My Vivofit 2 (less than 1 month old) has stopped syncing with my PC. This happened during the second week I had it, and after googling a lot of sites, I solved the problem by clearing all my cookies and other browsing data. This is not working this time. I've removed the ANT and stuck it back in. I've cleared the browsing history and cookies. I have reloaded and reset everything i can think of. I have successfully sync'd most days since I bought this, including just a couple of days ago, and i've made no changes to my PC--which btw, is running Windows 10. Any ideas?
