I am trying to create a custom workout, or at least see if it is possible to do this, but can't figure it out.
Essentially, what I want to happen is every time I press the lap button I get a 30 second recovery period. This would be used for a variety of workouts over a number of distances with different repetitions, so I'm unsure if it is possible to create one like this.
I could create separate workouts with different repeats for each one, but the trouble is I don't know how many reps I am going to do before hand (take track for example - one week our coach may have us doing 4x400m with 30s between each, and other weeks it might be 3x300m then 3x400m then 3x300m).
Is what I am after possible?
