Discrepancies Between Vivoactive HR, Android App and Connect Website: Ave Resting HR

Recently purchased a Vivoactive HR for the all day heart rate monitoring and the ability to track Resting HR.

Has anyone noticed that the 7-day and 4-week Average Resting HR, vary depending on how they are accessed? Looking at my 7-day Average RHR on the Android App, I get a value that is a full 10 BPM lower than what is shown for the same period on the Garmin Connect website via a browser, and despite completing a synch immediately before--both those values vary from what is shown on the device itself! The device and the web version are within a couple BPMs of each other.

I fully realize that the optical sensor is not 100% accurate, but the data it is collecting and synching to Connect is one data set, and therefore the computed/reported average for the same time period should be consistent.

Doesn't inspire confidence.

There are currently some disconnects between how Garmin Connect and Garmin Connect Mobile are displaying the resting heart rate information. We appreciate the discussion and have been providing continued feedback on this issue as users discuss it in the forums. They are working to resolve the issue so that all of the RHR data are consistent across the device, app, and website.

We do apologize for any inconvenience in the mean time.
