Garmin Connect will sync but there's no data

I just bought a new fenix 3 HR and updated the firmware to the newest one. However I have not been successful in getting data from the watch to Garmin Connect . It says that it sync fine but still no data.I've restarted and repaired the devices, no luck. Any thoughts?
