activities not appearing in garmin connect

My activities are transferring from my watch to the computer fine, but they aren't appearing in garmin connect. Has anyone else had this problem?

    My fenix 3 is having the same issue. It syncs but does not upload the activity to Garmin Connect. Tried to restart the phone, the Fenix 3 but nothing seems to solve this issue.

    Activities not appearing in Garmin Connect

    Same problem here Garmin 310 anda Swim since yesterday with imac. Transfer goes fine but it doesn't show in garmin connect. Not sure if Garmin has decided to give up Ant but we are struggling with the transfer of our data. Anyone knows if Garmin technical department read this blog?

    Probably just a web problem

    It's a holiday weekend, so I'm guessing there's just some problem with data getting to the web app and nobody has noticed it or set the status page to say anything.

    I am having the same problem, three runs a week but nothing showing up in garmin connect for the last 3 weeks.

    So I've uninstalled ANT and installed express and am having the same problem I had when I last tried it a year or so ago. It appears to install fine, but then it tells me to plug the 610 in because there are software updates available, which I do, but it continually says 'searching for device...'. I know it is plugged in because it is charging.
    Where is tech support during all this?
    Has anyone had success in figuring it out yet?

    If you're in North America, calling support is the best way to fix your issues.

    Did you reboot your computer after you installed Express? One thing I noticed on my computer is that it needs a bit of time to install the Garmin USB driver. If you were using ANT Agent before, it may actually interfere with the install of the driver you need.

    My guess is that garmin express won't work because I have a charging cable not a data cable. For data I use the little ANT agent USB thingy. Is that a likely explanation? I'm pretty sure it didn't come with anything else.
    I'm in Australia and the support line is only open 9-5 Monday to Friday. Not really helpful if you work full time. In my experience emails get ignored and forums can only get you so far. Really, forums are just a way for them to offload as many issues onto the online community as possible so that they can pay fewer actual tech support personnel. How is that for a cynical rant!
  • Your PC should detect the ANT stick when it's plugged in.
    I use the ANT stick with Express and my Vivofit without an issue.

    In Windows, perhaps you can delete the ANT stick from Device Manager and have your PC detect it again.

    910xt - ANT agent says files are uploaded, but they don't appear in Garmin Connect

    Same problem as others are having. I have a 910xt. June 27 was the last time an upload has appeared for me in Garmin Connect. The ANT agent has told me multiple times yesterday and this morning that it successfully transferred my data, but then it does not appear in Garmin Connect. I have tried dummy tests and reuploaded, and I've tried to do force uploads, and those again tell me the data has transferred (it registers on my watch as transferring data, and then the ANT agent says it was successful), but then the data never appears in Garmin Connect.

    Same issue with ANT Agent

    I'm having the exact same issue. None of my activities are showing up even though the ANT Agent said they were successful and sent to Garmin Connect. Following the advice I found here I uninstalled the ANT agent and installed Garmin Express. However, when my 405 synced with the ANT Agent my activities were deleted from the watch, per my settings. Therefore I can't test to see if they would have shown up in Garmin Connect with Garmin Express. I guess that data is just lost to time. I suppose I'll find out if activities start showing up in Garmin Connect now that I'm using Garmin Express next time I do a workout.
