Forerunner 910XT Troubleshooting Wireless Transfer

I've got a Forerunner 910XT that I've been using for a couple of years without any significant issues, and specifically have had no issues with transferring my activity data to Garmin Connect and Strava.

... as of yesterday and again today, after completing my workout, I do what I've always done and connected my device to the charging clip (which is connected to my computer via USB). Immediately the display shows the transfer in progress (as usual), but after that the data never reaches Garmin Connect OR Strava.

Can anyone suggest a possible direction for troubleshooting this sudden malfunction?

    Garmin Express will automatically uninstall the ANT Agent software for you. If you prefer you could uninstall ANT Agent prior to downloading Garmin Express, but you don't have to.
