I'm an idiot - I somehow managed to set up a new email and account...

Now my Garmin Express and Garmin Connect account are no longer "seeing" each other and it's also not sync'ing with Strava. Please help the village idiot..

In Garmin Express click the device then Tools then Garmin Connect. You then either click Edit Profile to launch your web browser (and help you figure out what account it is connected to) or click Change Account.
