invalid Garmin Connect authorization key error - anyone else?

Resolution: Upgrade to Garmin Express. I was using ANT Agent software which is no longer supported.

Is anyone else getting an "Invalid Garmin Connect Authorization Key" error when syncing? Just started today..I had to first force send, and near the end of the send I am receiving this error.

Yes, I too get the same error from today morning onwards. TIme and again after entering the user name and password I am getting the same error message. Is this something to do with the server side ? Help please!!

Hi there, also getting the same message, I assume it is a Garmin side issue rather than a user side issue?

Authorisation error - no auto-delete option for Garmin Express

I had the same error - forced to upgrade to Garmin Express - which I was trying to avoid, as it doesn't have auto-delete functionality.

Garmin - please add it to the roadmap -- any additional unnecessary user action - i.e. remembering to delete old workouts on the device - is NOT WELCOME and does NOT CONSTITUTE A USER BENEFIT -- low hanging fruit for scoring points with your customers!

Installing Garmin Express just fixed this issue for me

Garmin not supporting ANT Agent - WTF?

Hey Garmin! WHY are you breaking something that was working just fine? I don't want to 'upgrade' to Garmin Express (in fact I can't on one of my computers, which is still running Win XP). So now I can't use ANT Agent to upload my workouts? Baaaaaaaaaad!!! :mad:

NOT a way to endear customers to your products.

Had contacted Garmin SUpport. Still to receive a reply from them....
