When Cycling with a Powermeter each activity lists the TSS and the IF (among lots of other details)
Taking an example of last week:
- Monday: 168.3
- Wednesday: 188.8
- Thursday: 82.6
- Friday: 135.8
I would expect that this adds up to ca 575 TTS in one week.
When checking the connect.gamin.com Report (Cycling) i find the daily values (for only the last 7 days unfortunately) listed as above, but the 4 Weeks Report TSS shows for the same week TSS = 189.
TSS of 189 is not equal to the sum of each training (575) during this one week.
How come? How is this calculated? What is this weekly number at all?
