Can't update heart rate zones

On my Edge 510 & 920xt I haven't been able to update my heart rate zone numbers in Connect for 3 to 4 weeks. When I click on save it tells me "We're sorry. We had a technical problem, and your changes did not save. Please try again." If I try from Connect iOS it tells me I'm not connected. Is there a fix for this?

  • same issue but with power zones

    I've changed the power zones before on both my 920xt and 520, but this time when I try to do it I keep getting the error message

    "We're sorry. We had a technical problem, and your changes did not save. Please try again."

    It also won't let me go back to default power zones based on 400 FTP, any thoughts on either of our issues. I'm trying to do it on a PC in windows 10 using Garmin Connect (which is how I did it before, albeit with windows 7)

  • Solution ended up residing on the backend of Garmin Connect somewhere. Initial trouble shooting with the reps had me wiping cookies, etc. None of that worked, eventually they figured out that their tech guys were seeing the same issues with my account on their end. Said they'd work on it. Never really heard back but it did clear up about 3-4 weeks after I first noticed it.
