Wife has a Vivosmart4 and it constantly vibrates wanting to reconnect to the phone which is already connected. I have turned off everything I can find on the product without success. It's Saturday and I tried to email Garmin about this issue, I filled out the whole form and wrote my issues up to try and get help but when I tried to send, the I Am Not a Robot wasn't working so I couldn't send. I'm not really happy with Garmin support, the manuals are not very user friendly and don't have troubleshooting for this issue. Fitbit support was much better and had much better forums for help with issues.
