Garmin Vivoactive HR inaccurate location name

Hi guys,
all my activities locations with garmin vivoactive HR are wrong (GPS + GLONASS).

Maps are fine, but location name is wrong. I'm in Belgrade (Serbia) and it says "Socol Running" (Romania) not even in the same country.
Garmin is famous by GPS devices so i'm surprised on how inaccurate it is.

Is there is any fix for this.. ?

You have figured out it was location based name, I always thought "Socol" is some weird name for my lame slow running/walking activities :)

Cmon guys, sort this out... It really looks bad for company... I have really not even slight idea how Socol (small municipality with 1.8k inhabitants) can be mistaken for Belgrade (2m city)

This has nothing to do with your vivoactive. The names are assigned by garmin connect using some convoluted algorithm, which works acceptably for some locations and gives strange results for others.

The only solution you can employ is to disable automatic activity naming in garmin connect.
