I have one connection that I just added today. He does not show up on my leaderboard, I just have a "+1 connections with no synced steps." From there if I click on MY name/steps, and then connections, it shows that I have one connection. I can click on his profile picture and I can see his profile and I am listed as his connection. He said he can see my steps, and he has also synced. So, why isn't his steps refreshing to my app? Do I need to be doing something else on my end to refresh? I am synced.
I have the same problem. Privacies set correctly for me and friend. Specifically, when I go to My Community, and under Top Performers, I see my connection's steps, but when I click on their name to see details, it shows their stats for 1 sec then shows 'unable to load content, pull to refresh'.
No matter how many refreshes, it does the same thing.
