Repair .gpx or .fit, time data error

Hello, I've got a problem with my ride today, Garmin says I ride my bike 19 May 2021 when it was June 22, 2016.

I can't upload it on strava, it say time data error because of 2021 ...

Is anyone know how to fix it ? thanks
