Importing .fit File to Garmin Connect from Edge 800

I can import a .fit file from my Garmin Edge 800 into Garmin Connect and view it, but it doesn't show up in the activities list. I can only see the data when I import and click view data. I get a message saying that it was already imported when I do the import.

Any ideas?
