Even though I went to the full site on my phone and tablet, neither would allow me to input race stats manually. The mobile app should allow manual entries.
What exactly do you mean? I tried editing the summary stats on an uploaded timed activity (specifically, a run) in the Chrome browser on my Samsung Galaxy S5‑mini today, and it worked (even though the rendering in the browser was a bit slow). I also tried it in the Safari browser on my iPad Air just now, and that worked too.
