No longer able to edit activities?

For some reason I am no longer able to edit my activities on Garmin Connect - e.g. where I know my Forerunner has not counted a swimming lap and therefore it shows I have swum 1475m instead of 1500m. I used to be able to tweak this but it is no longer possible. Does anyone else have the same problem, and if so can it be fixed?

You're not the first. A number of people have mentioned this. For whatever reason, Garmin shutdown editing of swimming activities.

You might search for those threads that discuss it in more detail.

Yes have a look at the other threads on this - it is still possible but Garmin have made it harder to do

It seems to be a regression on their web site, which only affects Lap Swimming.

The workaround is :

Edit the activity
Change the type to Open Water Swimming
Change the type back to Lap Swimming

You should now find that the distance, pool length, pace etc fields are editable. Note however, that it won't automatically maintain the dist = pool-len x lengths formula, so if you change distance you may also need to update the lengths.
