Cannot completely remove old Garmin device

Some days ago I removed my old Vivosmart HR from Garmin Connect mobile app for IOS and from Garmin Connect site.
Probably something went wrong because the mobile app says that the Vivosmart HR is still registered on Garmin Connect site, but if I check there I just find my Smart Scale and my Vivoactive HR.
How can I fix it?

    Yes, I also removed my old vivosmart HR from my.garmin.com but it is still present in the app.
  • Have you tried to delete the app on your phone and re-install it?

    I had the same problem after going from Vivosmart 2 to Vivoactive HR+
    After deleting the device it re-apeared on the iOS app but stated it was not registered
    No way on the web Garmin Connect to delete it as it was not there
    It was only visible on iOS app but not registered
    After deleting the app and re-registering I had to register the new Vivoactive again.
    After successfully registering it once the app was showing 2 identical devices (Vivoactive HR+ x 2)
    One was showing paired the other was showing red exclamation mark as un-paired
    After pairing the un-paired one the second entity disappeared and now all looks good.
    For the want of a simple "Delete device" option on the iOS app this is an unnecessary complex process

    Hope this helps someone to not waste time.
