Missing Resting Heart Rate Data Reports Page

Hello Community -

Is anyone else having an issue with their RHR report showing a [WELLNESS_MIN_HEART_RATE] without data in the Garmin Connect Web? I have been consistently getting a RHR report for the last 3 months and since Monday, it has stopped working or providing data. Using a Fenix 3.

IMAGE:

  • I see RHR in the Report widget on the GC 3.7.1.0 dashboard online just fine

    No problem here.

    Now it shows something different but still no data. This is on a fenix 3 non hr. It has worked up until monday.

    Same problem here. I used the "Switch Report" option to make a new one, which fixed the graph. Unfortunately the data is different, about 10bpm higher than it used to. I guess it's linked to the changes Garmin made to RHR calculations.

    How do I get to the switch report?

    Click on the symbol in the top right of the Reports window, it's the first option shown.
  • Not finding RHR on Switch Report

    I wonder if this function has been taken away from the Fenix 3 Non HR. Im not seeing the option anymore for RHR in the switch report as seen in the image.

    @NerbPopz,

    The Resting Heart Rate value will only be displayed for devices that have the wrist based heart rate. Users that had a fenix 3 (non-HR) that had previously seen a Resting Heart Rate value were seeing this in error. The Resting Heart Rate value that was being displayed was based on heart rate values from activities. We apologize for any confusion.

    Thanks for the information. As a suggestion, this was a good metric to have even if it was incorrect. I was able to at least have some sort of a guide even if it was wrong. It seemed very consistent nonetheless though. Is there a way to add these values manually on any report on GC?

    At this time there is no way to add a RHR value so that it displays in a Report. We always appreciate feedback and suggestions. You can send any ideas to www.garmin.com/ideas. All suggestions are evaluated and may be used in future updates or products.
