How to track strength training?

Hi,

I use MyFitnessPal for tracking what I eat and Garmin Forerunner 235 to track activities like cycling or walking. Which application for smartphone should I use to track strength training with elastic bands (or in the gym) like number of repetitions, weight, exercise and/or muscle name so that it's also integrated with Garmin and MFP?
