cadence is wrong

I am using Edge 520, even since the update 6.20, whenever i upload my activity, the cadence on connect.garmin is wrong but strava is displaying the correct data ! how do i know? coz i browse the history on my device and compare it with strava and connect.garmin.

When you say wrong - how wrong - can you give some examples - is it out by a factor of 2 for instance?

factor of 20 ! device showing 75, connect.garmin showing 54.

You have my sympathy but that is far from a factor of 20. More like 30% instead of 2000%

That definitely sounds like a bug and you should report it to garmin support. I assume that 75 is roughly the cadence you are expecting.

i believe you are referring to data recording>cadence averaging do not include zeros. that only can be set on device and not on connect.garmin.
