Nuvi 1490 TV Corrupt/Spurious Favorites/Categories

Hi

It seems that every time I buy a map update and load it into my Nuvi 1490TV I get spurious Favorites and Categories added!!

It seems to take forever for Garmin UK to get back to me so I am asking if there is anybody who has a fix out there, please.

I am unable to upload a picture of the issue (only 67kb) so any help is appreciated.
