Unable to "Send to Device"

Created custom workouts through Garmin Connect for the vivoactive HR, but the option to "Send to Device" is disabled. The device is connected to the laptop via USB/Charging cable and is connected with Garmin Express.

What can I do to send the workouts or am I missing certain steps for the "Send to Device" option be enabled?

I tried searching the Forum for any previous threads but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated and sorry if this was asked beforehand.

    The vívoactive‑HR does not support custom workouts. You'll find no mention of custom workouts in its Owner's Manual (unlike in, say, the ">‑230/235">Owner's Manual for the Forerunner‑230/235).

    I think you need to first (acquire and) register a Garmin device that supports custom workouts, against your Garmin Connect account.
