Activities not displaying in Garmin Connect

I have synced my Forerunner 310 but only only activities up to 11 May are shown in the Activities Panel in Connect. For weeks now there have been issues displaying the list of activities but I could cursor back through the activities as whole pages so I know they have been downloaded through Garmin Express. Now the 22 activiites since 11 May are invisble and because they have been downloaded there is no obivious way to access them on the device as they are tagged as downloaded.

Are Garmin working to resolve their issues witht he Activity Display in connect?

Is there a way of re-downloding the actviities from the device so Ican upload the files manually?

  • Activities downloaded from the 310 are stored locally on your computer. Have a look in the FAQs and you'll find the location - can't remember it off the top of my head. The activities have a date and time stamp that is readable. You can manually upload to Garmin Connect from there.

    You can also force a sync from the device. Again can't exactly remember where, but if you find your way to the activity history on the device, you'll find a 'Force transfer' option.

    I'd recommend that you delete the activities from the device once you have uploaded them. They are saved to your computer. The 310 has a history of falling over when too many activities are kept on the device.
