Vivoactive users cannot see hr time in zones when watching an activity in garmin connect. When is garmin going to fix this problem? Other device users have this feature avalaible, why vivoactivers don't? This is just a garmin connect sw activate issue as hr info is already in the activity. I have to use third vendors apps to get this feature.

No, the question is, when are you going to select and buy a product that delivers what you would like as a user?

It's not part of a feature set on offer for the vívoactive for the asking price. Why is it seemingly so difficult for fellow customers to understand that the level of technical feasibility/difficulty is not the primary consideration for whether they should be offered/given the capabilities they want from their devices?

I have to use third vendors apps to get this feature.
So keep doing that, or if you prefer convenience and/or a higher degree of integration, then pay Garmin and buy something it already offers.

As far as i know i didn't tell you what i did before i bought My watch. I know perfectly what I wanted and informed myself before getting it. Have you ever read vivoactive owners manual? Can you tell me why there are hr zone configuration, live hr zone info, zone average, max and min zone...? Where does Garmin say there is not time in zones info? Why Garmin Connect till april had this feature avalaible with no data due to internas problems? They removed it in May.

Acording to Garmin support email recieved on April 26th, their engineers where working on solving it. The solution was to remove the feature no Garmin Connect. You don't see it you don't claim.

As I read your answer I suppose your IT knowledge must be very limited. The informartion Is on the activity track and should be offer for the asking price, if they don't offer this, please remark it on the product info when talking about HR zones configuración and use of this info to improve your training. If I download My vivoactive activity and upload it on my wife forerunner 225 Garmin Connect I have My Time Zones avaliable, so Before giving your opinion please inform properly.

Besides the list price of 249€ is worth enough to have a feature given on cheaper devices.

For calculating energy consumption, and for range alerts.

Where does Garmin say there is not time in zones info?
There is no requirement for manufacturers and vendors to expressly specify every imaginable feature under the sun that is simply not included in particular products they offer in the market, just to be free of commercial obligation to deliver said features.

Why Garmin Connect till april had this feature avalaible with no data due to internas problems? They removed it in May.
Garmin has already come out to say it has provided certain user-accessible features, such as VO2Max estimate, in the earlier production releases of firmware in error. It is quite within its legal, commercial and moral rights to unilaterally remove any feature that is not promised in its product specifications and marketing collateral, irrespective of what you want or think.

You can suppose all you want. Your views neither shape nor define objective reality.
