Hello Guys:
I want to know, how i can create a workout with to sports profile; for example: every saturday i do crosstraining + running (3km). I do one crosstraining round and then run for 500 mts running, then another crosstraining round and then 500 mts running and so on. i would like to create a workout for this kind of training with my forerunner 735xt. Hope you can help me out.
