How to Upload a .GPX file to Garmin Connect

I cannot find how to upload routes to my Garmin Connect that i already have created as .GPX files

I'm not uploading an activity. I'm doing a 2 week cycle and have been given the route (Course) for each day so I'm trying to load them to my Garmin for guidance.

I don't think that you can upload courses to Garmin Connect. A work round is to upload a GPX file as an activity and then create a course from the activity.
