Calorie Goal Missing for Yesterday

For some reason, my calorie goal for yesterday is 0, so in my daily stats, it appears that I wildly exceeded the calorie goal for the day. Did I do something which contributed to this? The main thing I did differently is that I did not log my lunch & dinner calories in MFP until today... but I would still have thought that the daily goal should have still been the same (and I would expect the discrepancy to be the other way around -- appearing that I had wildly underconsumed for the day)? There doesn't seem to be anywhere for me to edit the day's goals, so for now at least, I am stuck with a "red" alert for yesterday's calories.

Also, there is a discrepancy between active calorie adjustment in Garmin vs the exercise adjustment in MFP (which seems to be deriving from steps rather than Garmin's HR measurements). Is there anything that can be done on my end to reconcile these? If not, that's ok -- would just like to understand.
