Devices won't sync on Garmin Express on macs or pc
My wife & I have an ongoing problem with syncing to Garmin Connect, it just doesn't happen on either of our Macs (Mac Book Pro & Mac Book Air) or on my desktop PC even though we have the latest version of Garmin Express on all 3 computers - we always have to manually upload data from our devices (I have Garmin Edge 800 & Forerunner 110, she has Edge 500 & Forerunner 10).
We know what it's like to have the syncing work because it worked when we uploaded Garmin Express when it was first available but it some time later it stopped automatically uploading the latest data from the devices. Each of the devices has been added to Garmin Connect via Garmin Express.
Manual upload is getting very tedious - are we missing some simple step ? Shouldn't it upload automatically when the device is connected ? I have written to Garmin about this twice but first answer didn't address the core question (it only clarified how to manually upload) and the last one in February went unanswered despite receiving a confirmation from Garmin re content of the e-mail I sent.
For obvious reasons we would like to have the "classic view" under Garmin Connect available rather than the new "modern" version because it was much easier to upload all new activities under the previous version.
