My idea is that if I start a run near the office it will default to using the running shoes I've set for work and if I'm near my house it will select my home shoes. So perhaps, if I change the gear for a run on GC it can ask if I want to set that as the default gear for running from that location.
Perhaps it could use start and/or finish locations so for instance any ride that starts or ends at a particular location might always be a commute so should use one bike whereas my default for any other ride would be a different bike.
