Garmin Index Smart Scale - Body Fat %, body mass index, and skeletal muscle mass

Do I need this scale to get this information? I have a Withings scale which collects all of this detail. However, none of it is shared to Garmin Connect, nor do I see an area to even manually input this information.

Am I missing something or is Garmin Connect missing something?

It sounds like I would need the Garmin scale to get that information into Garmin Connect.

I have a Tanita Scale (plain, no connections possible) that records various metrics and I use a program called weight logger (google app). It allows me to track all the metrics and upload them into Garmin Connect.
