confusing power statistics when averaging

My todays activity was 20 minuts and 42 seconds, the aveage Power was 308 Watt, NP 311 Watt and max. average (20min) 288 Watt???

How can the 20min average be 10% under the overall average?
here the track from my Fenix 3:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1174894131

The Fenix log is just a subset of the entire activity that I logged with my Edge 1000:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1174883942

here the 20 min average is 301 Watt...

where is the mistake?

I can't answer your question but I did notice that the 20min average was taken from 0:21 to 18:52. ie not over 20mins as you might expect! No idea why.

Click the diagonal arrow next to the power graph in the activity window. Then, in the window that pops up with the enlarged graph, under the words Power: Watts there is a drop down menu (default is Max Avg: None). Click the down arrow to the right of None and select the time period for the average power value.
