I've got a FR920XT and since updating on Sunday the steps won't sync to my GC. I've checked all the settings, tried syncing via mobile and Express. Any ideas?
If you synced it to his account, I don't think there is a way to get it back into your account. Can you connect it to your PC and see if the monitoring fit files are still on the watch?
It only synced to his account for one day. Neither of us knowingly connected it... The rest of the days are just missing.
Something similar seems to have happened again. Wouldn't sync all morning, reset itself this afternoon (removed all ConnectIQ stuff) and now only has data for the last hour or so?!?!
