Edge 25 sync problems

Since last month I'm having problems syncing my edge 25. Connect says its syncing; however, once sync a lot of info hasn't gone over. The missing info/rides are on the actual device, but will be missing on phone and iPad e.g. I'll ride to work and home but only one of the trips syncs, or some days are totaling missing. Any suggestions welcome?
