Can't connect Garmin Vivofit to my smartphone

Hello,
I want to connect my Garmin vivofit to my phone (windows 10 mobile). The app Garmin Connect detects it but can't connect to it.
How can I resolve this issue?

I resolved the problem with the software Garmin express

I fixed the issue. I used the application "Garmin Express" to fix the problem.
