910XT & Connect - Two activities not syncning

Hi all,

I have looked around the boards and online, and was unable to find this mentioned anywhere.

I have two activities on my 910XT watch that did not sync with garmin connect. I looked in the ~/library/Application Support/Garmin/GarminConnect/[device]/upload/FIT_TYPE_4/and I see 4 of the 6 new .fit files. Two (most recent activities) are missing. Seems that they never made it to the computer.

I power cycled my device, re-synced, no luck.

I pulled the ANT stick out, waited 60 seconds, (I even gave it the Super Nintendo 90's kid "blow air on cartridge" treatment, just for kicks), re-synced, no luck.

I updated Height/weight in Garmin Connect, sent the information to my device, the activities did not sync, and did not appear on my computer.

I have my logs from today, but was unsure if I should upload them on this thread or wait for a support representative.

Thoughts?

    If the files have not uploaded to your computer, you can sometimes "encourage" them to transfer by creating another activity (it only needs to be a few seconds long) and then syncing your 910XT. If you are in luck, all 3 files will upload and you can simply delete the 3rd one from your computer and from Garmin Connect.
