Build-In HR is not picked up properly on Vivoactive HR from an App

After updating my Running App Professional (https://apps.garmin.com/de-AT/apps/2...1-e5c92a53d1a5) for the new Vivoactive HR several users complaint that the heart rate is not properly picked up. Sometimes its shown but most of the time it is 0.

I use exactly the same algorithms which work pretty fine on my FR235. Even on the Vivoactive HR simulator the heart rate is shown properly.

Any ideas about that problem?
Any ideas what I have to do different in an application between FR235 and Vivoactive HR?

That's the best place to look for info. It's been reported to the Garmin CIQ folks and looks to be specific to the va-hr.
