Vivoactive not transferring activity after sync.

Hello,

I own the Garmin Vivoactive and sync with my phone after which it transfers my rides to Strava straight away. Last nights ride initially synced with connect but would not appear on Strava. After looking on google and here, some one suggested deleating ride from connect then re sync and Strava may pick it up. I deleted it from the mobile app of Connect (but not from my watch) and now that ride won't transfer. I have tried adding another rider after (indoor turbo) which transfer to both connect and Strava but yesterday's is still no where to be seen. It is still on the history on the actual watch though. Also tried manual upload from Strava but it can't find yesterday's one, just the day before. Very confused 😕
  • Try manually importing it into Connect directly from the activities folder of the watch connected by USB.

    Had the same problem. Watch would not transfer activity although it transferred steps and some other info. Alway reported a sync error or a server error depending on whether I was trying to sync with my iPad or Android phone. Pairing and unpairing didn't help. Eventually I went into system settings and selected "Restore Defaults". Bit of a PIA as I had to set the watch up again but after that it synced without error. So far so good.
